We need you to make theatre happen.

Every area
needs volunteers.

Volunteers fill roles in technical production, front-of-house, administration, and more, and committee chairs help recruit, train, and support them.

Front of house. Our concession stand and box office are both staffed by volunteers. And every usher who hands out a program or scans a ticket is also a volunteer.

Run crew. From lights to sound and backstage, we have a place for anyone interested in the stage side of productions but don't want to be seen ON the stage.

Set build. Sets are built in our own construction space, added to the rear of the building in 1990 through a grant from the Reeves Foundation of Dover.

Costume team. We house an expansive collection of costumes in a large, two story wardrobe off the back of our building. This team handles organizing, cleaning, procurement, rentals, and many other tasks associated with our collection.

Props. Housed in the basement of the theatre, our props collection is huge. Many local high schools borrow from our collection to save on costs.
